Conditions of car hire

 

1.      No responsibility can be accepted by the company for loss or damage of personal property and no conditions or warranty other than specifically herein set out shall be implied or deemed to be part of this agreement

 

     In Particular:

a)      Although every possible effort will be made by the company to supply the vehicle with specifications as stated and agreed at the time of booking, in event of any unforeseen occurrence, including mechanical failure, the company will supply a similar car in its place but shall not be held liable or give any form of guarantee that the replacement vehicle will be identical to that as set out in this agreement. The hirer shall have no other claim of any kind whatsoever against the owner.

b)      The company accepts no liability nor responsibility for any consequential loss or damage due to or arising from any breakdown or undue delay caused by traffic, accident or bad weather or any such matter beyond their control

 

2.      The company will hire and the hirer hereby agrees that the vehicle is hired with full knowledge of the cost and agreement to pay such cost which shall be paid on or before (14) days from the date of when the vehicle is required

 

3.      The hirer will pay for any damage whatsoever caused to the vehicle by the hirer(s) themselves or members of their party as a result directly or indirectly, by their acts, negligence or omission.

 

4.      The hirer hereby accepts that prices quoted will be guaranteed from the date of booking (except changes in V.A.T. or other statutory obligations)
